A Lorain County manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a first shift, full-time opportunity. You will answer phones, process/invoice customer orders, research orders & resolve issues, as well as perform any other general office duties that are needed.
- 2+ years in a similar position (i.e. CSR, data entry, order entry, etc. - preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Accounts receivable experience preferred
- General office/computer skills required
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Be extremely detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Have a professional presence, and must be reliable.
Compensation & Benefits:
$32,000 – $35,000 per year, based on experience
